What changed this week?
We sort through new models, papers, market moves, and ideas about the mind. The point is not to cover everything. It is to find the few shifts worth thinking about.
Live every Sunday · 12:00 PM Pacific
A weekly conversation across AI mastery, market context, and the Latent Lab of the Mind. We map what changed, take the interesting ideas apart, look at experiments and what they actually showed, and follow the questions that deserve more than a quick answer. You leave seeing the week more clearly — and usually with something worth trying.

01 / The ritual
The content stays eclectic on purpose. The container does not — so you always know what you are walking into.
We sort through new models, papers, market moves, and ideas about the mind. The point is not to cover everything. It is to find the few shifts worth thinking about.
The shared Excalidraw board is our working surface. It keeps the connections, disagreements, and side paths visible without pretending the subject is tidy.
We follow the sources, weigh the claims, and compare them against what we have already seen. Some weeks that means walking through an experiment and what it actually showed; other weeks it is a long, useful argument about what it means.
You leave with a clearer model of what is happening, a question worth pursuing, or a small experiment to try before the next Sunday session.
02 / Recent replays
Dated, clickable, and summarised from their own Patreon descriptions. Older replays remain as a historical record of a Lab that keeps changing.
A three-trajectory session on Opus 5 and the pace of AI change, memory-market developments, why meta-thinking matters more as systems grow stronger, a practical way to approach unfamiliar problems, and a simple route into mindfulness.
An audio-first replay after the video file was corrupted: Kimi K3 and Qwen, loops, graphs, and cortexes as reusable ways to think, Monte Carlo simulations for stock research, and simpler mindfulness experiments involving reinforcement learning and jhanas.
A cross-trajectory Lab on easy-to-miss GPT 5.6, Codex, and Claude Code changes; why developing ideas both deeply and widely may be a durable moat; and how Anthropic's J-space research suggests practical mindfulness experiments.
These three are a sample. The complete archive holds 86+ sessions and is included with Architect.

The Lab is for people already building, people learning to build, and people who want a thoughtful way to stay close to a field that will not sit still.
Stay close to what is actually shifting, so your next project starts from this week's reality instead of last year's.
Compare claims, tools, and emerging possibilities with a room that is willing to be skeptical.
Follow strange connections across code, images, music, markets, learning, and mind.
You do not need to know everything. You need a question worth following.
04 / Practical questions
Every Sunday at 12:00 PM Pacific. The session runs about 60 to 75 minutes, and the replay is published for members afterwards.
The $50 AI Architect tier on Patreon includes the live Sunday session, the complete replay archive, all Get Amplified lessons, and the full project-code archive.
We scan what changed that week across AI, markets, and research on the mind, map it on a shared board, and think through what it actually means together — often looking at an experiment and the results it produced.
Not usually. The Lab is where ideas, experiments, and results get discussed and taken apart. Some weeks include a live experiment or a walkthrough, but the step-by-step build material lives in Get Amplified and the project-code archive.
Yes. Bring a general market thesis, a research direction, a half-formed idea, or something you have been trying to make sense of. Member questions regularly set the direction of a session. For strategic or hands-on work on your own project, private consulting is the better fit.
No. Every session is recorded and added to the archive of 86+ replays, so the Lab still works if your Sundays are busy.
